How do I know if a snow emergency has been declared?

As a general rule, a snow emergency will be declared following or during a snow occurrence of two or more inches.  The announcement will be made the on City's website, Facebook page, Le Sueur County News, and KCHK radio.  Notifications can also be sent to you direct by text or email by signing up thru our Notify Me module.
