City Council Meeting Highlights of 4/08/19:

• Adopted Ordinance 580 (land sale of parcels 21.520.0100, 21.520.0110, and 21.520.0900 to the Minnesota River Valley Public Utilities Commission).
• Approved a $3,500 donation from Treasures in Town Thrift Store to the Le Sueur Fire Department.
• Approved design and submittal of plans to MnDOT for the TAP Sidewalk Project.
• Authorized the purchase of body-worn camera equipment for the Le Sueur Police Department.
• Authorized staff to develop a purchase agreement for +/- 7.5 acres of land from INH properties for $25,054.79/acres plus closing costs.
• Approved the submittal of a payment request form to Kinetic Leasing for the following items:
  • John Deere 1025R Utility Tractor plus accessories
  • SCADA Project Expenditures
  • 2019 Ford F150
  • John Deere 624L Pay Loader plus attachments
  • 54” Two Stage Snow Blower
  • Tuff Rail Kit with accessories.
• Approved the submittal of a payment request form to Government Capital Corporation for fitness equipment.
• Approved the City of Le Sueur Small Wireless Facility Design Guidelines.
• Approved the disbursement of $25,000 to the Le Sueur Fire Department Pension Fund
