Every utility customer will receive a letter via mail from M&E Construction with scheduling instructions (click "Additional Information" below). Scheduling your swap-out is easy! Just visit their Scheduling page or their Water Meter Change-Outs Facebook page. Appointments are approximately 30 minutes with Saturday and Sunday availability as well. General project questions?
