City Administrator candidates have been narrowed down to three finalists. Candidates will be interviewed on Thursday June 1st. These interviews are open to the public.
Jennifer Bromeland, City Administrator in Jackson MN. since July 2012, previously City Administrator in Caledonia MN 2010-2012 and Winnebago MN 2007-2010. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of South Dakota. She is a graduate of Fairmont High School.
Kandis Hanson, Relationship Manager at MnSpect, a private sector firm providing inspection services. Previously City Manager in Mound MN 2000-2015, City Administrator in Kasson MN 1995-2000 and Eyota MN 1993-1995. She has a bachelor’s degree in design and human environment and masters degrees in local government management and urban and regional studies from Minnesota State University Mankato. She is a graduate of Harmony High School.
Jasper Kruggel, Public Services Director for the City of Le Sueur since August 2016 and serving as Interim City Administrator since January 2017. Previously Streets and Parks Manager for the City of Northfield 2012-2016, Environment Data Analyst at DDMS in St Paul MN 2007-2012. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental and natural resources from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in public administration from Walden University. He is a graduate of Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop High School.
