How We Do it:
Staff & Equipment: We have 3 buses that rotate in use to provide continuous coverage. We employ between 2 full-time and 2 part-time drivers. Our buses are "mobility equipped" so that wheel chairs are easily accommodated.
Maintenance and operating costs for Transit operations are shared among the City, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT), a federal grant program, and its riders.
Educational Services: We continually encourage bus ridership as a way to reduce energy use and pollution.
Other Services: Our buses also provide transportation services for citizens for, and during, these community events, when requested or sponsored.
