Mayo Park is located just north of Le Sueur near the Highway 169 exit ramp.  It is off the beaten path and offers a peaceful setting with georgeous plants and shrubs.  Mayo Park has a volleyball court, horseshoe pit and a disc golf course.

How We Do it:

Staff & Equipment:
The Le Sueur Community Center is owned and operated by the City of Le Sueur. There are currently five full-time employees and 40-45 part-time staff.

Housed within the facility are a heated swimming pool, an arena for indoor ice with spectator area, gymnasium, two racquetball courts (convertible for wallyball), large meeting room, exercise room and weight room. There is also a concession area open during special events and a kitchenette in our large meeting room (Merrick Room). The outdoor pool is next to Legion Park and is open during the summer months. All facilities may be rented on an hourly basis.

Educational Services:
The Le Sueur Community Center works closely with area schools. Schools use the facility for physical education classes, team sports and extracurricular activities. Schools also use the Center for parties and rewards for students.

Other Services & Benefits:
The goal of the Le Sueur Community Center is to provide as many services for as many members of the community as possible within our operating budget. We are fortunate to have a place for people of all ages to enjoy physical activity as participants and spectators.

Community events are also held at the Center. For example, the Retail & Business Expo in the spring and the Community Halloween Carnival are held here.

How You Can Help:

We are always looking for ways to improve our services. Please use our facilities and let us know what we can do to improve our offerings.
