Zoning Adjustments Board

Role & Responsibilities

The Zoning Adjustments Board reviews all questions that arise from the administration of the Zoning Ordinance.  They have the authority to issue variances based on the Zoning Ordinance and State Statutes.  Board members serve a three-year term.    


Meetings are conducted only in response to a petitioner application for a variance to the Zoning Codes or a citizen appeal based on a decision made by the Zoning Administrator.
