Planning and Zoning is responsible for comprehensive planning, zoning code updates, and zoning and land development approvals.

Comprehensive Plan

The City of Le Sueur’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan is a document that outlines long-range plans for managing the growth of the community. This plan provides a framework for establishing policies, standards, and principles pertaining to the City’s planning, zoning, and public service activities. The Le Sueur Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2016.  Additional information can be found here.
